Day 1 Arrival in Yerevan. Transfer to hotel.
Rest. City tour /Republic Square, Opera House, Cascade, “Victory” Park. Additional:
Yerevan Brandy Factory, founded in 1887, with tasting of famous Armenian
cognac. Overnight in Yerevan. /4 hrs/.
Day 2 Trip to Echmiatsin. Visiting
the Echmiatsin Cathedral /301-303/, the center of the Armenian Church. Churches
of St.Gayane 7 c., St. Hripsime 7c. Ruines of Zvartnots Temple 7 c.
Trip to Sardarapat – the memorial complex devoted to the victory of Armenians
over the Turkish invaders in 1918. Visiting the Ethnographic museum. Overnight in
Yerevan. /8 hrs/
Day 3 Yerevan City tour: Matenadaran
(museum of ancient manuscripts), Yerevan State University, Tsitsernakaberd
– the Memorial Complex devoted to the victims of the Genocide of 1915 and
the Museum of Genocide. Trip to The Pagan Temple of Garni, 1st c. and Geghard
Cave Monastery, 12-13 c. Overnight in Yerevan./8 hrs/
Day 4 Trip to Kharabakh. Visiting
Khor Virap Monastery, built in 653 in the place, where Gregory The Illuminator
was imprisoned for 13 years. Excursion to Noravank Monastery 13th –14th c.Trip

Day 5 Visiting Tatev Monastery 9-13c.,
famous scientific and cultural center of Medieval Armenia. Trip to Shoushi.
Visiting the Ethnographic museum, Kazanchetsots Church 1868-1888, fortress
of Shushi. Overnight in Shoushi or Stepanakert.
Day 6 Visiting the Gandzasar
Monastery, 1216-1238. Stepanakert city tour. Overnight in the resort town
of Jermuk.
